How to Inflate & Deflate Your New Fenders: A Step-by-Step Guide
Introduction: We Heard You! At ILIFE, we take every piece of customer feedback seriously. Recently, a client pointed out that we didn’t have a clear guide on how to inflate and deflate our fenders on the website. Thank you for letting us know! Your feedback helps us grow. Today, we’re providing a simple guide to ensure your DSCRAFT fenders are ready for the water in minutes.
What’s in the Box?
When you receive your ILIFE fenders, they will arrive neatly deflated and folded to save on shipping costs and storage space. Don't worry—getting them to full size is incredibly easy.
Understanding the Universal Spring Valve
Our fenders feature a high-pressure, universal spring valve. Here is how to operate the "Spring" mechanism:
-
To Inflate (Spring UP): Ensure the middle spring button is in the "UP" (Popped up) position. This is the sealed state. You can now connect your electric pump or foot pump. Air can go in, but it cannot escape.
-
To Deflate (Spring DOWN): Push the spring button down and rotate it slightly until it locks in the "DOWN" position. This opens the airway completely, allowing you to quickly exhaust the air for flat storage.
Pro Tips for Setup
-
Universal Compatibility: Our valves are global standards. Any standard inflatable boat pump adapter will fit perfectly.
-
Electric vs. Manual: For 30-second inflation, we recommend a 12V electric pump. For a workout, a foot pump works just as well!
